This cover I got on 3rd February 2012 from Czechia (Europe). It was send by Dr. Radim J. Vasut. He posted this cover on 27th January 2012.
The stamp fixed on the cover is Josef Liesler. He was a Czech surrealist painter, graphic designer, illustrator, exlibris and postage stamp designer.
