The great tit (Parus major) is a passerine bird in the tit family "Paridae". It is a widespread and common species throughout Europe, the Middle East, Central and Northern Asia, and parts of North Africa.  The great tit is a distinctive bird with a black head and neck, prominent white cheeks, olive upper parts and yellow under parts, with some variation among the numerous subspecies.
The fairy pitta (Pitta nympha) is a small and brightly coloured passerine bird that mainly feeds on earthworms, spiders, insects, slugs, and snails. It is also called “little forest angel” in Taiwan and “eight coloured bird" in Japan, Taiwan, North Korea and South Korea. The fairy pitta breeds in East Asia and migrates south to winter in Southeast Asia.
